Admitted as a Lawyer in 2007 and practicing mainly in litigation and family law, Kym Foster has seen first-hand the financial and emotional cost of court-based disputes.
With a desire to combine her legal background and her passion for mediation and alternative dispute resolution, Kym became a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) and NMAS Accredited Mediator. She has since enjoyed being able to help both individuals and families experience the beneficial outcomes of mediation.
In line with Kym’s vision of an all-encompassing and supportive service, Foster Mediation is also able to offer Child Inclusive Practice, assistance with Consent Order Applications and ongoing client support in the areas of conflict coaching, co-parenting coaching, communication support, co-parenting liaison, and supported parenting plan implementation – all of which can be tailored to client’s needs.
